FAQs

How do I receive the Zoom link?

Once booked, the session will appear on your Google Calendar. The Zoom link will be automatically included in the Google Calendar event.

Your availability listed on Calendly doesn’t show a time that works for me. What can I do?

I’m here to accommodate you! Please email me and we can figure out a new time. info@erapilatesandsound.com

What do I need to prepare?

A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a good internet connection. Props/equipment are recommended, but not required (Options: magic circle, set of 1-5 lb hand weights, ankle weights, or exercise ball).

How soon will I see results with Pilates?

Joseph Pilates said, “You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.” I believe this has merit, however, we are all unique and change in our unique ways! Results will vary based on your body, commitment, and what you’re doing outside of your practice.

Is Pilates safe to practice with an injury? What about if I’m pregnant?

Pilates is great for injury recovery and for pre/post-natal. If you have an injury or you’re recovering from an injury, you will need to be cleared by your doctor to ensure your safety. If you’re pregnant, congratulations! Please notify me in advance via email so I can best support you.

Do you play the “sound bowls” during class while I’m exercising?

No, the sound healing will take place at the end of class. It’s a time to cool down, integrate, and support your body’s recovery process.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. There’s a 24-hour cancellation policy. If needed, please email me at least 24 hours in advance to keep the payment. No refunds.
