Awareness

Cultivating awareness is the foundation for transformation. If you want to align with the version of yourself that feels more grounded, you can slow down and become present with your body. Becoming present helps you understand how your body feels when it moves, ultimately creating awareness for you to make conscious choices.

Realignment

Realignment is liberation. It’s about feeling safe enough in your mind and body to make a change for the better. This may mean physically aligning your body back to its natural position or realigning your mindset to a state of trust instead of limitation. When you realign, you feel empowered because you see yourself growing.

Embodiment 

With the tools to cultivate awareness and realignment, you can now move into a state of embodiment. Embodiment is the final stage of integrating change where you activate these new habits in the present moment. It’s a purposeful practice that helps you alchemize energy into grounded, supportive choices.

MAT PILATES

The Mat Pilates Method is a deeply mindful and connective form of fitness for balancing low-impact strength training and restorative stretching exercises. Pilates integrates body awareness, flow, precision, concentration, centering, and breathing techniques. It’s safe and sustainable because it allows you to reach your resistance edge without experiencing fatigue and burnout. Tia prioritizes deep awareness and presence in her sessions. The intention is to build a robust relationship with your mind and body so you can evolve from a place of trust and gentle ambition. The effects vary from defined muscles to greater flexibility and pain relief.

SOUND HEALING

A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience. It’s a meditation modality that begins with each person lying down, with ease and eyes closed. With intention, Tia uses a variety of instruments including singing bowls, wind chimes, and gongs that create feelings of calm and evoke curiosity. The sound is an anchor to root the mind during meditation, allowing other sensations in your body to turn on and listen. Different frequencies activate different parts of the body and allow your brain waves to slow down, shifting from an active brainwave state to a relaxed state, or even a dreamlike state helping to expand your consciousness. The effects vary from realization, to deeply restful states, and powerful healing.

I am devoted to teaching Online Mat Pilates and guiding Sound Healing Meditations for women to build strength and mobility in a connected and conscious way. 

I am devoted to the practice and teachings of:

MY STORY..

Before Pilates, I struggled with chronic anxiety and burnout from trying to squeeze high-intensity workouts into a 9-5 lifestyle working for the music industry in NYC. With a passion for music and a will to soothe my anxiety, I attended a Sound Healing meditation in 2018. The ceremony inspired an awakening of awareness and integration, becoming the catalyst for my healing journey. I began living mindfully as I noticed less restlessness and more patience. As my curiosity continued, I dove into the practice of Pilates and found it to be everything I dreamt of in fitness. It got me out of my head and into my body helping me feel grounded and relieved that I had finally found another way to build the foundation I desired. Both Pilates and Sound support me in integrating my anxiety in a balanced and harmonious way. 

I received my 600-hour Comprehensive Instructor Certification from one of the most prestigious training programs in NYC, Core Pilates. It taught me patience and precision and provided me with the framework for understanding physical sustainability. I have guided women in their practice of the Classical Pilates Method since 2020 and have a clear focus on how to build inner and outer strength. I have been leading Sound Healing meditations since 2021 to provide clients with a nourishing way to recover so they feel grounded and restored after their practice

I created ERA because I believe high-functioning women deserve holistic tools to stay grounded. I know from experience how vulnerable transformational work can be and how having a personal mentor that creates a nurturing space, makes the process feel trusting and whole. At ERA, I put my whole heart into creating that safe container for you, too.
